The Flowerbed (Trash to Treasure Series: Recycling Creatively with L.T)
Mother's Day is fast approaching, and L.T. is anxious to find a suitable gift. When he spots an old canopy bed in the local junkyard, L.T. thinks it's just the thing to give his mother the "flowerbed" she has always wanted. Little does he know how much work it will be to get it planted in time, keep it hidden from his "curious mom"...let alone who will end up sleeping in it!
This enchanting new story in Tom Noll's "Trash to Treasure" series, based on events from the author's own childhood, will inspire young readers to reinvent, repurpose, recreate, reuse and recycle in ways that are both practical and fun.
